Chicken Fingers

4 lg. boneless chicken breasts cut into strips

Bread Crumb mixture:
3 slices wheat bread, 8-10 Ritz crackers, 2 tsp. seasoning salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper

1/4 c. melted butter

Roll chicken strips in butter and then crumb mixture.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 min.
Serve with dipping sauce
