German Pancakes

6 eggs

1 C. milk

1 C. flour

½ tsp. salt

5 T. butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in large baking dish (9x13 inches) while oven preheats. In a blender, or using a mixer, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, milk, and salt and beat well. Pour into pan of melted butter. Return to oven. Bake 20 minute, top with powdered sugar, jam, syrup or fresh fruit.

They were doing this on a cooking show and she put it in a round frying pan that you can put in the oven, it turned out really pretty then she put fruit in the middle and sprinkled with powdered sugar, the round shape was cool, I haven't tried it yet, but plan to.
