Topping:
1 C butter1 C brown sugar
1 C flour1 C oatmeal
1/4 t baking powderMix together, butter should be crumbly set aside. I used half the butter, whole wheat flour and less sugar and it was still way good.
Filling:
6 C canned apples or 6-8 fresh apples, peeled and sliced1/4 C sugar
1/4 t salt1 t cinnamon
