Albert’s Corn Bread

*from Muriel

1 ½ c. flour
2/3 c. Sugar
½ c. cornmeal
1 T. baking powder
1/3 tsp salt
1 ¼ c. milk
2 large eggs
1/3 c. oil
3 T. melted butter

Stir until just mixed (not too much) Bake 35 min. at 350
